1st Time Home Buyers
- This tax credit is for first-time home buyers only.
- The tax credit does not need to be repaid.
- The tax credit is equal to 10% of the home's purchase price up
to a maximum of $8,000.
- The credit is available for homes purchased on or before 30 Apr 10, and closed on before 30 Jun
10.
- Single
taxpayers with incomes up to $125,000 and married couples with
incomes up to $225,000 qualify.
Repeat Buyers
- The law defines a tax credit qualified move-up home buyer
(“long-time resident”) as a person who has owned and resided in the
same home for at least five consecutive years of the eight years
prior to the purchase date.
- The tax credit is equal to 10% of the home's purchase price up
to a maximum of $6,500.

- 800 to 850: Excellent
- 720 to 799: Good
- 680 to 719: Average
- 620 to 679: Poor
- 550 to 619: Very Poor
- 350 to 549: Fail

I am glad to to have you here at my website. Let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Jodi Bogle. I was raised in the DFW area all of my life. I am happily married
with 3 children, 2 tough boys that are 13 & 14 years of age and 1 beautiful girl that is 10. I strive to be ethical, considerate, confident

Service Cashier and ended
as a Collision Center Estimator working primarily with State Farm Insurance. A large
corporation bought out the company I worked for and started to make several changes. At
that time I decided that it was time for me to venture into different avenues. Property
Preservation on foreclosed homes was my next path. This company was responsible for assessing
any safety hazards that existed at foreclosed homes owned by banks. Although I enjoyed my job,
as the summer approached and the school year ended, I decided to take some time off
and stay at
home to spend some time with my kids. Now I am a licensed Realtor for Coldwell Banker Apex at the outstanding office in Rockwall
working on the amazing Frank Fabian team. Now is an exciting time to buy or sell real estate
